rider quoted me $770 for a 06 r6 and im 26 y/o with a clean driving record. gayco quoted me $4000. not kidding. my friend told me state farm is cheap but you must have a car insured to get the bike covered. i pay $340 a year with them for everything...theft, comprehensive, the whole 9 yards. the car insurance is pretty much the same as your gonna find with other insurance providers in NJ. hope this helps

Thanks, i ended up getting insured by foremost, they quoted me 1400 for the year with all the bells and whistle''s. But i did hear that also about state farm, i think once my premium goes up next year for my DWI i will switch over to them just so everything is under one company

You don''t need car insurance with Statefarm to insure your bike.

Call up an authorized agent. That''s who I got mine through and didn''t have auto ins through them. Just make sure you have less then 7 points on your license and you''ll be fine.

I don''t know how much of a difference it is from New jersey to New York but I figured Id share. I''m 24 with a 99 cbrf4, clean license and paying 137 per six months with progressive for just basic coverage.  I do have car insurance with them so maybe that affects it.

Ride safe everyone

I know the cheapest place to insure all of your bikes its AllState but you cant just call allstate. You would have to speak with my agent because he gives discounts if interested send me a PM me and i will give you the number and tell you who to speak with.
