Haven''t flushed the coolant from my bike yet as I just bought it 3 weeks ago but I''ve got a Clymer manual and I''d say that''s a good place to start.  If you don''t have a manual yet, I would think that filling the cooling system at the cap on the right side of the bike is the way to fill it.  All I can really add is to use distilled water when you fill it unless you use the "Engine Ice" purchased from dealers or use distilled water and water wetter.  Good luck.
