After I installed the Repsol kit, I noticed it had the holes for the UK grab bar on the tail. Decided to try and find one like everyone else here seems to try, but usually cant find one. Nothing on ebay.com, nothing around on the net. Then some inspiration hit me. I typed ebay.co.uk in the url bar, and found that the UK has its own ebay site. Bam. Got one on the way for $60 shipped.

Figured I''d pass this along, seems most people cant find the grab bar.

Is it going to be able to just bolt right onto yours ? Does you US model have the brackets or bolt holes that it mounts to ?

i have no idea, but I''ll find out in a couple weeks when I get home from Boston and see what happens. Either way, I''ll get the thing on there.... I own a dremel, a grinder, a welder, and Home Depot is right around the corner.... oh, I have silver AND black duct tape too.

That grab rail bolts up where your rear reflectors are, on both sides. Or if your like me, where your rear reflectors were, I have taken mine off.

hmmm, any picture of that? When I got my bike, the previous owner had butchered the back end pretty bad to loose the whole back end, wonder if he killed the holes.....

Yeah, I was lucky enough to pick one up for $14 from some ebay seller last year. Never put on the kit so I''ve never installed the grab bar.

As for mounting, it lines up with the last two holes in the subframe. No worries.

Hmm what is this grab bar you guys speak of? I couldnt google a good pic of it. Nor I couldnt find it on the UK ebay. Is it something I can chrome out?...jk. Most people who have passenger bars remove them. Look at most of the F4Is and they even call it a wussy bar. If someone has this on their bike plz post a pic of it.

Take a good look at Jules''s bike, it''s just a simple grab bar right behind the rear of the seat. On the China plastics, there''s a big D cutout where it is supposed to go so with out the bar you can see two big holes.
