Which one of these should i go with. And if there is another one in this price range please let me know. Oh and just curious what would you all think of an all black set up (Helmet jacket and i have the all black 05 RR. I know it would be hot but should i add some color or no. THanks for all the input. people say color gives you some visibility. my riding experience tells me otherwise. but yea some color would be good. personally, i'm not into the matching theme, the ghost rider theme...no color coordination theme, i'm into the clown theme. i have an OGK...scorpion is good too...but i think the OGK is better. ultimately...comes down to which one fits you better based on your head shape.. I am loyal to Arai helmets only. So if price is not to much of a concern go for it. Its only your head your protecting.

I love my hjc cl-14 and now ac-11 revenge. My buddy crashed in October with his 1000rr and he had a custom airbrushed 3year old hjc and the only thing that happened to the helmet are scratches. He hit the pavement at about 70mph and had no head damage (he was already messed up before he fell!)

no mang...if it truely impacted with the ground, the insides are jacked...if he just brushed his head against it then it may still be ok.

i'd say invest in a better helmet, like an Arai or Suomy

+1 on the Suomy, plus IMO they make the best looking helmets

I just got my icon mainframe today and I love it. It fits me perfectly. I would say just to find one that fits your head, go to some local shops and try a bunch of them on. Spending $400 or more on a helmet just doesn't make sense to me, its been discused before so I won't go into it. The mainframe has some nice features that alot of the more expensive helmets have but at about half the price. Check out these guys for the best deals on gear that I have found and they have free shipping on any order over $50. Let us know what you end up getting. -Jesse-
