you''ll be fine.  most bikes can take almost 400 lbs of combined rider weight.

just up your tire pressures 2 lbs on each (don''t exceed the max pressure if you''re already pretty high), and off you go.

the way the weight is distributed counts for a lot.

think about where the rider sits - between the wheels, relatively centered with a slight rearward bias.  A passenger is being put directly over the rear wheel.  Almost none of that weight will be on the front (until you brake).

almost any bike can be ridden 2-up.  go on youtube and watch ANY video of a motorcycle in Taiwan.  There are families of 4 hanging off 50cc scooters.  seriously.

your suspension definitely won''t feel the same w/ the extra 100 lbs, but it won''t be begging for mercy either.  proper tire pressures are the most important thing.

don''t worry about it. if you can get her to just stay right behind you and not be moving all over the place in turns you''ll be fine.
