i just bought a 96 cbr 600 f3. the guy i bought it from said he was customizing it so none of the fairing was on it. he said the headlight he had broke and he threw it away[the bike has been laid down] but he never said if it was the stock headlamp so can anyone look at these pics of my bike and tell me if the stock one looks like it should fit[im bidding on ebay right now for it so soon would be wonderful] or if theres any other pieces im missing to make it fit or if i will have to cut into the one thats on my bike to make it fit. any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Everything always look different in pics right? Had a quick look at mine & it looks pretty damn close to my fairing.

ok well i was looking on ebay for fairing pieces and yahoo pics and it looks like there is supposed to be a cover thats supposed to bolt over the upper fairing over the light. but thats only the way it seems to me when i look for frirings for my 96 f3. it looks on the backside of my upper fairing theres alot of fiberglass repair stuff so i dont kno if that cover was just fiberglassed to it or if my bike doesnt erven have that cover piece or what so i didnt kno if the fairing would require any mods to get the stock light back in or if i should just try to get a square light off an old chevy and hang it in there like the guy said he had in it
