Hello
       I having looking at a 1987 cbr 1000 . I just want it to ride to work . It has 76000 km on it The clutch and fork seals have been replaced . I was wondering if the engine would have lots of life left in it ? What should i be looking for as mechanical wise ? Thanks for the help

i just got one myself. i don''t know much about these but I know mine needed a timing chain tensioner and the tach doesn''t really work for some reason. bike has 50k on it and was instorage for a while. let me know what you find out as things come up and I''ll share what I find out as things come up.
