I think that undertail looks awesome, keep it and just replace the LEDs. You should also move the license plate holder down lower if possible to give it a smoother look. Just my 2 cents....

I dont know which is best I get crafty with the dremel and fiberglass and made my own undertail but if you swap the leds I would like to buy the old ones of you.

2005 f4i 3 years old and on its 5th paint job. No it's not a law to wear a helmet when riding, nor is it a law to have a parachute to skydive but it seems like something I would want.

I really like the undertail and would probably get better lights for it. It seems like you want to use the stock light though, so you should probably sell it as it and get the one that uses the stock light. I probably wouldnt cut it for the stock light, but thats just me.
