I would like to bolt on some frame sliders onto my CBR and have noticed that they bolt through the frame into the engine. If i remove the engine mount bolt to install the frame slider, will that damage the bike/engine? Do i need to support anything before i undo it or is it secure enough not to worry?

no u do not have to do anything except take out one bolt at a time and put the frame slider one, one bolt is longer then the other so make sure u match them up, it's a easy 10 min install
