My new windshield just arrived in the mail yesterday .  I picked this up on ebay for about $30 and I am very happy with the new look.  It doesn''t have any stickers or logos and it is brand new.  It is just a litte taller than the stock one which I happen to like because the stock windshield just doesn''t block the wind very well.  Here are before and after pics, let me know what everyone thinks:

ya, that''s what i was referring to, even in a full tuck with the stock one it just doesn''t seem to do alot of good

When compared to riding a standard with no windscreen, my zero gravity does a lot even when not tucked.

just a little heads up guys, if you wanna save money and not buy a windscreen.  It''s very easy to just take off the stock windscreen and paint the inside of it.  I used a Krylon Fusion spray paint and it''s been on my bike for 4 years.  Make sure to paint the inside only that way the honda logo and everything can still be seen through the windscreen.  Plus the clear front helps to make it look more professional.

Don''t waste your money buying a windscreen when u can get a 5 dollar can of spray paint and do it yourself real easily.

That''s EXACTLY what I did the other night, even used the same spray paint (Fusion). I think it was a very nice change to the bike, especially for $5.

I was going to do this but my stock windshield has some sort of weird hazy area on the right side, like someone tried to buff it or put a chemical on it and it isn''t fixable I don''t think, plus if you have a bike that is a few years old you are going to have some scratches on your stock one.  All in all $30 is cheap, it looks great, and I am very happy with it.

No you can actually see through it in daylight.  If you look closely at the crappy cell phone pic on the right you can tell at the top that is see-through.

In my opinion, there is no reason to HAVE to look through the windscreen.  I had a Ninja last year and painted the windscreen black.  Looked good.

For my F4i I bought a dark smoked windscreen from Japan, costing me all of $20 USD.  Check sig.

only reason I went with a smoked screen instead of painting the stocker is for my cam. Otherwise who looks thru the ws on the street anyhow? lol

I have a carbon fiber windscreen on bike now but might try the paint thing on the old stock winscreen. Did you have to do anything to the plastic before u painted it so the paint wouldn''t peel off and do they make the fusion paint in alot of different colors? Maybe chrome?

I went to 3 different stores to see what kind of Fusion paint they had and never saw chrome.  Here is a list of the different colors they offer.
