So Dashle, how exactly do you compare a 2002 GSXR 600 to an 07'' CBR 1000??? I was comparing two 08''s, both 600''s. Since ya know, they''re comparable. The CBR is way lighter and handles much better IMO. It also has much better streetabiltiy with the low to midrange power. The GSXR comes awake up top and feels great but IMO the Honda is better in every other aspect. And am I the only one that thinks the Suzuki doesn''t look good?

I''m going to have to say that the GSX-R is one of the best looking bikes out there. I saw an ''08 GSX-R 1000 the other day and daaaaaamn, it looks nice. I must also say that I love the looks of my ''03 CBR 600RR but it has a new tinted windscreen, Two brothers CF exhaust, and led signals so its looks are modified somewhat.

Just my opinion....Gsxr 600''s are good looking bikes. I prefer hondas but that is just me. I think any reviews would confirm that the honda is faster on takeoff.....but, it is close enough that most riders would not be able to tell the difference. What I mean is my buddy could outrun me on his gsxr because he is a little more experienced rider.

Lol at this thread. I did a roll on at about 5 mph with an 03 600RR and had him by probably 20 bike lengths at 120ish...and still pulling away. For what it''s worth, I know we''re comparing gixxers and cbr''s, but there is a big difference in old bikes and new. I did weigh about 60 pounds less than him too

MY ROOMMATE HAS AN 06 GIXXER 600, FINE ASS BIKE, I CAN KEEP UP WITH HIM ON MY GIXXER, BUT IM A BETTER RIDER, AND I HAVENT BEEN ON ANYTHING FROM 08 YET, BUT I WOULD LOVE TO COMPARE THE TWO MYSELF

i personally love the way gixxers look, just not the way they feel, idk te seat is sort of uncomfortable, and i dont like the weight distribution, but if i could get a gixxer that rides like cbr thatd be one MEAN MACHINE!
