I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and never learned to drive a stick shift because not too many people I knew had them. I guess it was not appealing for people who are always driving in stop and go traffic. My only experience with manual transmission is on bikes and this is my 4th season riding. I am now looking into purchasing a 1996 corvette with manual transmission and am wondering if I will be able to drive the thing without doing any damage since I''m comfortable with the shifting on a motorcycle. Any thoughts?

shitfting in a car is like pie. and especially now that you understand a clutch you will be fine. theres no trick to it, just clutch and shift, then ease back onthe throttle. you got it
