okay here it goes i am a newb i just put over a 1,000 miles on my bike. When i purchased it the mileage was 3,530. It is a 2002 honda cbr f4i well kept and maintained by previous owner. A couple of times when i take my bike for a ride im at a light and i see smoke coming from the headlights or around the front of the bike. At first i thought it was me using my front brakes too hard and it was the brake smoke but thats not the case. I tried ignoring it and at times it just goes away but then at times it gets really annoying everyone who i ride with keeps saying your headlights is smoking. How can i fix this problem?? any advice please help me

Is it wet at all... or maybe there is oil on your headers? if there is moisture on your headlights it will steam. After changing oil i dripped some on the headers and that smokes for a while...

Oil dripped on your header from an oil change will smoke for a while, but it smells like oil.  Steam would probably be from water on or in your headlight lens... those things get really hot.  Take off your farings and look at your bike to find out what''s going on under there.

Yeah this happened to me too, and i was freaked out as hell.  And I HOPE it was just due to the oil that fell onto my headers, because i did do that when changing the oil.

If it''s happening all the time, then check if your coolant or other fluid is leaking on to the mufflers or the engine... It happens on my bike when a. I change oil and drop it on the exhaust tubes, or b. when it rains and my bike''s wet before starting up.
Check along the length of tube from the coolant reservoir to the radiator etc. or identify the wet spot and debug from there
