Ohlins or Penske triple clicker

agreed and also specific springs from ur weight, rebuild ur front forks with another specific spring set. its like night and day but a lil pricey if you dont know how to do everythign urself and set it up after u installed everything

along with suspension you could also get aftermarket clip ons and lower them some to get a better turn in.

have you had it professionally set up?  i just did it today, the guy did it for free, and it handles like a whole new bike.  granted i am too heavy for it, and i SHOULD upgrade the front springs, i''m not going to track it until i get another bike, so i''m not going to do it now

get used if you can...

penske rear shock (no need for the baller triple adjustment cause it''s more than you would know what to do with). ohlins front springs and revalve with what kit you like...or rework the stock internals for cheaper.

set it all up to your weight and your bike will feel like it''s on rails at the track...

if you street this...it''ll be very uncomfy.

I think that is a very important factor.  Most of us enjoy the weekend ride and the occasional ride to work.  A track setup would ruin all that.

So what would be a good street setup? I ride a 50% of the time with pillion. Also, out of curiosity and whilst on the subject, are stock springs linear or progressive (rear & front)?

Ebay, craigslist, 13x forums, nesba forums and most track racer forums.  And if you go to the track often isn''t there someone there usually to help you set up your suspension for a small fee?
