Does anyone use the plate flipper from plateflipper.com , or stealthoutmyride.com? or any other siteswhich one? Is it any good? Problems?

my friend''s plate is zip tied on. when he goes fast it just becomes horizontal from the wind.
never tried this though, but it would seem like a pain to flip your plate while trying to evade police?
as dumb and dangerous as evading police sounds.
