Not at all... I used E55 bixenon projectors that I found on ebay... here are some dimensions off of HIDplanet.com/forums  (that site is awesome)...  found in the university section

quote:

Orignial: EunosTT

Hella 2nd Gen Bi-Xenon (aka E55):
Diameter = 79.80mm
Height = 96.95mm
Width = 106.15mm
Length = 163.35mm
Length(seat of the lens to possible mounting holes) = 58.80mm
Length(possible mounting holes to end of bulb) = 83.90mm
Width(between top mounting holes) = 77.25mm
Width(between bottom mounting holes) = 93.25mm
Height(between mounting holes) = 58.90mm

The whole thing took me about a week to finish...  the hardest part of everything is figuring out how to mount the projectors, ballasts and ignitors.  Basically the whole job in a nut shell consists of taking your headlight apart, mounting the projector, making a wiring harness for the new electrical parts, mounting the electricals, and putting everything back together again.  I would definatly check out http://hidplanet.com/forums if your thinking about doing a similar project.  There''s tons of write-ups and other helpful information on there.
