I am intrested in getting an F1 or and F2. Is there anything I should be looking for in the way of problems while searching the used market?

Hi Love2ridend Welcome to the forum. I presume that you are talking about a CBR600F1/F2. If you are then there are other CBR600 forums that will help you with your purchase by clicking here http://www.cbrforum.com/forumid_11/tt.htm Please correct me if I am mistaken...

^^^ What Duke said, but since I used to own an f2..... Being that those bikes are so old, you need to really check them out well. Are the fork seals leaking fluid? Is the chain rusty and loose? How often was the oil changed, the other fluids too? Your best bet is finding an f1 (cbr hurricane) or an f2 that has been babied, pampered and kept in pristine condition. Or as pristine as possible for a bike that old. Stay away from bikes that have been abused, raced, crashed, etc. Good luck
