Got my bike back together after the recent crash and now she is bad to the bone. Put all new plastics on her, new smoked windscreen, new fender elimnator, Ignition module and the PWCII with 2 bros exhaust. Bike is at the shop and the guy called today and said the bike is almost ready. He claims the dyno numbers are over 160 hp and 82 ft/lb tq and the peak power is now around 11,800. This is on a Factory Pro Tuner E997 which reads HP numbers more conservative than Dynojet tunners, Dynojet would be high 160''s. Bike should scream. I''ll post results tommorow or Wednesday.

nifty get the #''s online. i''v only heard bad things about the 2bro''s as far as power loss in the low rpm''s so lets hop this fixes it.

God I love all the idiot''s who claim they lost power with a less restrictive 2 Bros pipe, impossible if set up properly. The people claiming a loss of power either have a bad tuner or a bad brain. Increasing air flow and reducing back pressure with the proper fuel increase will do nothing but add power. Do you honestly think that 2 Bros would make a pipe that lost power and why do they sell more pipes than any of the other brands? And for the rest of the idiots who think the pipe is to loud, put the silencing tip on it, make it more restrictive and less top end power. I have had 2 Bros pipes, FMF, Jardine, Yosh and Leo Vince and can tell you after owning over a dozen bikes and dyno testing them that I have never had a decrease in HP or TQ, in fact 2 Bros and Jardine showed the best increases.

What did you think of your ignition module mod? I have been thinking about doing it on my 01 F4i.

Finally the bike is ready to pick up today. Just got off the phone with the owner of L7 motorports in Warren MI and my bike is a ROCKET. The final numbers are in and I''ll post the dyno once I get it back tonight after work. Hold your breath everyone................... 174.49 Pk HP. Power with the Dynojet map from the dynojet download was just over 160 HP, so it pays to have it custom mapped. This is with the PCIII, BMC race Filter, exhaust and Igniton module.

These two statements are completely at odds.  That dyno is "optimistic" by 10 - 14 rwhp easily.

I have a Two Bros. exhaust and Juice box on my 08 1000 at the moment.  Would you reccomend putting the ignition module on it?

Can someone explain how this ignition module works and such.

Thank you

The bikes stock timming was retarded majorly, check out DYnojets website. Peak power is now over 1400 rpm higher or bring your bike and I''ll show you in person the difference. Ran with an 07 moded on the way home from picking the bike up and it was completely silly, I was multiple bike lenghts ahead within a few seconds.

You have to get the Power Commander first then the Ignition module plugs in to the pcIII. Your juice box woud be replced by the PCIII. $500 plus.
