Buying this wrecked 99'' F4 for 1g. Plastics are trashed no big deal but the bike has no title, i plan on making it as stuntbike anyways but was wondering how I can obtain a new title if i run the vin and it comes back clean? btw if it helps im in florida.

If it was 1992 or older you wouldn''t have a problem.. Maybe $100-150 and you got it. Since its a 99 you are probably not going to see it without going through a LOT of shit. I would probably just buy it assuming you''ll not get it titled and if you do, its just a bonus.
