sapogmxr, yup that is a beauty take care of her and she''ll take care of you my baby is always covered under a bike cover in a garage when she''s not being ridden. I''d let her sleep in my bedroom, if I could fit it through the door.

By the way Spirit, I''''''''m really amazed knowing the fact the your are owning her for more than 15 years already. Is there anything you like to share with us your memory when you bought her? What was the special features then? disc brakes? lol Yes, please share what it was like buying her brand new. If I can piggy-back with Ron''''s post, how did you first hear of the 900rr? How much did you pay if you don''''t mind me asking? Was the bike hard to find at dealerships? Was there a waiting list? Oh no, no waiting list. In fact, I didn''t buy her until Valentine''s Day, 1994...still had zero miles, and there were even two of them. I bought one, a friend bought the other. I paid $7999 plus tax and title and all that. I had known the bike was coming since late 1991, then Motorcyclist and Cycle World did big write-ups in May of 1992...but I''m pretty sure that''s when the waiting lists were happening. Back then there was nothing like it...everything else was fat, top-heavy, and not too swell on the track. After a while though, everyone had one. I mean everyone. But I never stopped wanting to ride it. No, the picture in my old signature was not my actual bike. Stock Honda photo. Honestly, my bike shows it''s age, plus it''s not something everyone hasn''t seen a million times, but I mean I''ll never sell it. Except I just rode a friend''s 2007 ZX-6R...mmm, man, new technology is wonderful.
