I am from Milwaukee and have and uncle that retired from Miller, so I drink Lite for the most part, but I love the Hacker-Pschorr type beers.  Have been trying alot of microbrews lately and found a bunch of good ones, unfortunately I dont remember which were good and which sucked donkey balls.

Anyone ever tried Bud Select? It''s real good, except for myself and everyone I know that has had it after 2-3 beers you start getting a killer headache. Switch over to regular Bud or BudLight and all is better again. Kinda weird, something in the mix there.

Yeungling and Steel Rail by Berkshire Brewing... and I can''''t decide.  You choose.

Yuengling is only in a select few states such as PA, MD, WV, and DE I believe. There may be others, but not too many. I''m from PA and a lot of people I know in OH love the stuff but rarely ever have it.

If I could only make love to one beer for the rest of my life, it would be Mirror Pond Pale Ale from the Deshutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon. Very close seconds: Alaskan Amber and Bridgeport IPA. Whenever we go out to Sushi, I always drink a few Asahis or Sapporos and think how I could drink those all day and night for the rest of my life. For cheap beer rentals, I like Coors in a can (not a bottle...tastes too sweet to me out of the bottle). Shit I don''''t touch unless I am mooching and there is nothing else: Corona (piss) and Bud (piss).

If you have the patience and about $200, you can go to your local bulk club (Sam''s, Costco, etc...) and buy your own brewing kit. Hell, you can even get parts off eBay. Anyway, $200 will brew you a TON of beer, and you can make all different flavors and such. It''s not that hard to do either.... I think even VooDoo could probably do it!

I like bud select, no headaches here either.  I think its smoother than bud and its less filling, so you can drink more!

only a few I''ve ever tried I didn''t like, I''ve tried a lot too, worked at a liquor store and 2 of us were really into imports. tried some weird stuff from obscure countries. not a fan of barleywines like brooklyn monster ale or sierra nevada bigfoot ale...ick. my fav go-to beer for any occasion, drinking with food, getting hammered, just having a couple has to be newcastle...by far the best all arounder. I like wheats and pale ales too. really dig landshark. I think it''s better than corona. negro modelos are good and so are dos equis dark. I refuse to buy(never turn down free beer) bud products and coors...ewwww, piss water.

Get heartburn from that as well.. I actually still have heartburn from having it last night (only had abt 14 or them and about 6 coronas) I wish I woulda just stuck with corona but hadnt bought enough of it and select was all that was left.  +1 on the red stripe whoever said that.. yuengling is great stuff, Ive seen it around MI before and I saw some in the fridge about a year ago when I was at home so my dad apparantly found it around TN somewhere

I''ll have to give a top three:
I agree on the Sunset Wheat I know someone already said that
I actually am a fan of Guinness as well. It''s one that you either love or hate no in between
But my all time favorite has to be the New Glarus Spotted Cow (WI beer for anyone that doesn''t know...)
But, since I go to college near Milwaukee most of the people choose Miller Lite as their drink of choice.

I should have list that too because yes, it''s a good beer.

My buddy from Pittsburgh brought some Iron City and it was great too. Bad thing is that I can''t find Iron City beers here in North Carolina.
