My bike is a 2006 Honda cbr 125 Rw, (red n silver)

I have finally received my bike back from the insurance company, (3 months later).
The bike was classed as an economic rite off. but i saw the damage so i asked for her back.
In the report that was sent to me, a list of items that where to be replaced under the claim. most of them were nuts and bolts (the gear lever needed replacing) you know the usual stuff.
But one part, and i think this is the part that made the bike ''a rite off'' the frame was listed. now i have looked at the frame and it seems in perfect order, there is a scratch right at the bottom next the the foot peg were it made contact but nothing major.
So before i go out and buy in all the parts for the the repairs i want to know if the frame is sound.
i have done the basic alignment test, its fine. i have even rode it up and down my street (shhhh) and nothing seems wrong, is there anything else i could do without having bring the bike into a garage which could be a pointless expense.

-on a subnote the bike was a UK Cat D rite off. does it need an MOT before it goes back on the road
