Yeah, I tried ebay. Cant find anything....exept for those custom fairings from Hong Kong. Dont know if I should trust them. Plus, I''d rather just have the blue ones anyway. All that custom shit is too much.

Please dont say that awful word! Please!!!...but you''re probably right.

I found some plain white fiberglass fairings on ebay that are $100 a piece. Thinking about just getting those painted. And I saw the stock color code for the paint on that website that everyone on here talks about. Can I really trust that though? because it has to match the side fairings and the tank, which are still good?

P.S. Also I need a lot of other parts for my bike, so if anyone has anything to sell (pipes, bar ends, windscreens, etc) let me know.

also, what is the difference between fiberglass and ABS plastic exactly? What are the stock fairings made of?

DO NOT DO IT. I bought fiberglass ones from ebay and got them painted and they will spiderweb crack in about 3000 miles.

Wow! Really? Damn I''m glad you said that, because i was just about to get those same ones off of ebay. I guess I''m too impatient I just want to get my bike out the shop and ride as soon as I can. But I''ll be patient. Thanks bro. I might just buckel down and get the high priced OEM ones. I want to keep the same blue color and I dont know if a painter can color match it perfectly or not, if i bring them the Grey ABS ones.

rigg up something for headlights and just ride her necked for a while, and wait it out, ya can get some cheap used fairings on here or on ebay from part outs if you just wait a while and be patient.......my two cents....
