Hello All,

I ride a 00 cbr 929 with:
Full Hindle exhaust
Power Commander
Custom Ram Air
Velocity Stacks
2 Teeth down in Front Sprocket
Undertail Kit
Ohlins Steering Dampner
K&N Filter
136 to the rear wheel(Have dyno sheets to prove it)
16000 miles
Niether of the recalls have been taken care of.
My problems are:

Won''t stay idleing when cold unless I hold the gas.
Plugs foul rather quickly.

No matter what the temperature is outside my bike will not start unless I give it like half throttle.  It will just crank and crank and never start with no throttle applied.  I have searched and searched and searched some more and haven''t really been able to figure it out.
What I am thinking is their is a choke actuator on my bike( I think) that is not engaging.  When I first bought the bike with 6800 miles last summer the bike didn''t have this problem.  When I started it last summer the bike would idle up to around 2000 rpms and then slowly fall to around 1000 rpms just like it is supposed to.  Now if I start the bike using some throttle and then let off the throttle it will just die on me rather quickly(it may idle for about 10 seconds before dying).  Also could it be an engine temperature sensor that has taken a crap?  If it could be where is this located and how do I test(I do have a multimeter).

The only thing I have done to this bike since I have had it is two oil changes, 2 front tires, 4 rear tires, front and rear brakes pads, new grips, 2 fork seals,  2 sets of plugs.

Also is it common to change plugs on my bike with my mods every 5000 miles or so?  I figure I must be setup a little on the rich side and am fouling plugs kind of quick.  I can tell when the plugs start to go bad because the rpms will not go to redline in any of the gears except 1st and if it does in first its jumpy.  After I change the plugs then the bike accelerates to redline with no problem.

Also if it matters I do a lot of 2nd and 3rd gear wheelies which is putting quite a bit more stress on my bike because the fairings are missing more and more bolts and stuff in general is just starting to come loose on me:)  The steering dampner is hitting my tank.  Blowing a few fork seals.

Well thats enough info for now.  I probably discouraged half of the readers with all of this but I wanted to be thorough.

Thanks,
DoubleA

Also a small wheelie for your enjoyment:
