Hi guys! I''m new to this forum. I got myself a cbr600F 99 model a couple of month ago and in this week it started to run alarmingly warm when I drive in slow traffic. I don''t know if it is related (I doubt it), but it also won''t idle when it is up to normal temprature. When I pull from a robot, I have to rev it a little to get any power! This is a great concern for me and any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey chubbspet, welcome to the forum... Could you give a little more info on what your bike sounds like when it does that... How long after your bike is running does it start to do this? Does it sound like its running on 3 or 2 cylinders? Have you tried adjusting your idle screw a little higher to up your revs? How is your coolant levels? Does your fan kick in at a certain temp? Was your bike standing for a long time before you rode it again?
