In Sweden, where I live, the ticket goes to the driver and not the owner of the car, so the coppers need the identity of a big noosed chum with bushy eyebrows and spectacles.

Ha ha! Wow, that is cool that they don''t just nail the owner of the vehicle, but how the hell do they identify each individual person? Do they start with the owner, and if the pic fits the description, they fine? And if it doesn''t look like the owner, they don''t? Do they ask the owner who was driving the car that day? That is wild! Here in PA in the US, the owner gets fined regardless of who is driving. I''ve always thought this was unfair. I used to drive for work, and I got a new driver who was taking over some of my stops in Philadelphia. It''s was a time sensitive run (30hrs max from the first stop) and involves taking about 26 water samples at 26 different locations all around the city. Philadelphia was already 3.5hrs from the lab, so it''s not easy to do. Needless to say, she didn''t do too well. She freaked out, missed half the stores, and my boss got 7 fines in the mail from her running stop lights with cameras! I laughed my ass off (not in front of her), and told her to just relax and take her time. I gave her an easy, leisurely, upstate run and she wrecked out. Luckily, she was fine. She quit the following day.

I''''m on the left of all my posts - haha And we have fun with the forward facing cameras here too. Camera takes pic of car speeding from the front. Picture is used as evidence. passenger in car sues for invasion of privacy ( they were doing nothing wrong ) case gets dropped. The local sex shops are doing a roaring trade in fake passengers - haha ( it''s not worth the hassle to prosecute if the pic clearly shows two people )
