My friend has a 91 f2 that he wants to give me. The bike won''t shift gears. I popped off the oil pan to look inside, Only the center shifter fork works, The outside two feel like they are stuck or jammed against something. Whats the easiest way to gain access to the shifter drum and forks to pull them out and inspect them? He tried replacing the clutch thinking that it may have been the problem if that makes a diference.

The only way to get to the shifter drum is to take the oil pan off, the clutch cover, and the clutch has to come out. Once you do that everyting is right there. Sounds like bent shift forks. Good luck.
