I just rebuilt the motor and had it running for a few days, went to take it for a ride today, so i let it warm up and went inside for a minute, when I came out it was not running, went to start it again and the only thing I could here is the clicking of the starter. I tried to bump start it and the back wheel just drags. I then took the stator cover off and about a 1/4 quart of oil poured out, is it normal to have oil in the stator like that? I tried to spin the flywheel and can not turn it. I am going to pull the motor out tomorrow and see what happened, but I want to know why it happened so I dont make the same mistake twice.

Any help would be great!

well yes there is supposed to be oil in your stator cover...
and for the starter, there are 2 parts to it, one to click the spindle onto the starting gear, and another to turn the spindle. You are hearing that clicking. Try taking the starter off and jumping the starter. if it only clicks and doesnt turn with lots of torque then its your starter.  Is your battery charged fully?
