Was running about 90 down the interstate and bike just shut down. Got pulled over and it fired right back up, ran for mins then cut off. Started right up again and been fine since. Any ideas what it could be? Possible on/off swiyh going bad maybe? By the way bike wasn''t hot only showing 177 degress so I know it wasn''t to hott. Any info would be great. Gotta get it fixed planning a 2hr run down to wildwood bike week in 2 weeks and don''t need it breaking down again.

what Rojer said... remove seat, remove battery connections, clean with brush, re-connect with some "elbow grease." sounds like your connection is just sloppy

Battery is only month old. When it died a red light came on , Probably because it was in gear, anf FI light was blinking a few times. Don''t know exactly how many times though. once i pulled over it cranked over but didn''t start right away. I pulled off seat and checked connections, were tight, so tried starting again, fired right up, ran for a min then died. Started again after flicking on/off swithch a few times then fired right up and been fine since. I''ll pull off seat and crank down on terminal with socket and see maybe not tight enough using screw driver. Was some vibration since we were riding anywhere from 90 to 120 mph so maybe loosened up enough to lose connection. Thanks for the input. "Burn Rubber Not Your Soul"

yeah hard to tell without counting the FI error code flashes... doesn''''t sound like a battery issue anymore... slow down and you wouldn''t have anymore issues

Got out the socket set, was surprised how much tighter it made it. Screwdriver now in trash, lol. Just to make sure that was problem I got it up to abot 95 this morning and no problem. Probably the whole problem. Thanks for the advise.
