I might just be crazy but i have a little play in my throttle. I can move it a little with out it engaging is this normal. Thanks

Yeah you should have some freeplay within your throttle cable, as long as its not hella much. You can always tighten it up to your liking

How do i tighten it up i turned the screws that bold into the handle bar but that didnt fix it?

You should have 1/16" to 3/16" freeplay. You need to adjust the nuts on the top tube your throtle cable runs through. One looks normal and the other is long. Loosen these two nuts and move the long one around till it is were you want it then tighten the little nut down to lock it.
