This thread is like talking to wall...he simply does not get it. That parking lot stunt with the old people probably made u look like a toddler. I suppose when u were done looking like an idiot you jumped on your bike and sped away so all the people watching could talk about how big of assholes EVERYBODY on a sportbike is. Thanks for making me look bad.

Voodoo ... you carry that rubber fist with ya everywhere? Remind me never to piss off Voodoo ... Good post about the SIPDE ... first time I''ve heard anyone else mention that. Often when passing a vehicle I''ll watch their front tire as I scan ... gives me an extra sec when they start to swerve in my lane.

If I were to confront all that have pissed me off I would never make it to where I was going. Most of the time I will point to a rear tire and give them the "it''s flat" signal and be on my merry way. If they don''t pull over I can see most trying to adjust their mirrors to see if it really is flat (but this kind of ruins the point cause now there even more distracted then before) But it is awsome to see them pull over and get out to look as they are getting smaller in my mirors..

CityWorker lives! How''s the daughter situation...hope that''s not why you''ve been absent sir. I kinda doubt HC would start breaking mirrors...I think his ability to squash people like bugs with his bare hands is tempered by the wisdom of knowing when to let it go...up until the time his loved ones are in danger. Remember those insolent neighbor kids that nearly, repeatedly, ran over his nephew, I think. Yeah, I bet they remember him lol.

thats what I meant spirit... if said "old couple" was replaced by Hardcorp and swt_poet. or if insted of TK driving that truck (not putting down TK, it seems like you handled yours) it was Hardcorp. i bet said "vigilante would be removed on a stretcher with his tail between his legs. (i can''t say crawl away with his tail between his legs because that would imply he maintained conciousness.

Um sorry i need to catch up over the last two pages from my last post. Let me see. The guy that said it was an older couple ill let it go. Everyone has a drivers liscense so everyone should drive up to par no matter the age so that is not a variable. This shit has gone to far guys. I asked a simple question if anyone has got back at dum drivers or has a story of a dum driver. This thread is not about giving me advice i didnt ask for and or care what u guys think cause um sure u live thousands of miles away and no nothing about who i am or how u can judge me by my situations ive bin in or how i ride. So moderators u can shut this down if u want cause the people in here are being immature and not sticking to the topic presented. I will never hang my helmet up or sell my bike till i die. So ill leave it at that.

You speak foolishly and we tell you that you are. It''s our little way of helping. Seriously, quit giving sportbike riders a bad name.

ORIGINAL: voodoochyl Something my wife has taught me (which I have not mastered) is...getting it in past the wrist. I so thought you were going to make a comment about the rubber fist. LOL. This thread is so jacked, I don''t even know where to being. - I almost get run over daily.
- I don''t even get mad anymore because I''m used to it.
- I''ve made mistakes in cars, and felt horrible about it.
- People who almost kill you do so unwillingly, I assure you they are not trying to kill you on purpose; unless you get off your bike and start yelling at them or kick their vehicle.
- Being that we both have similar time frames of riding (myself getting close to 3 years). I can say you are a new rider. I am still a new rider. I have learn invaluable information over the last few years, and one of them was to get over the fact that cars almost hit you. They do it while I''m in my car too, whoop-d-doo...you''re now a motorist.
- The proper contraction for ''I am'' is ''I''m'', not ''um''
To add a story, I have been tail gated, almost skidded into, almost run over at a red light, run off the road, brake checked, and had cars pull out in front of me and STOP. I''ve never been messed with and I normally shake my head and at most give the Robert DeNiro ''I''m watching you'' gesture, telling people to watch out. However, I have seen a trucker get out of his rig and get into a boxing match with a guy who cut him off. Today, I think they are both idiots and if my grandfather wasn''t a trucker, would think they are all ignorant fools. Use your head to stay alive, using your feet and fists is only going to put you in extra unnecessary danger.
