Well when i first got the bike everything was disassembled, so i decided to clean the carbs while they were off.  Cleaned the main and idle jets and bowls.  Everything looked ok so i finished the bike.  She starts up fine idle fluctuates slight (like ~100 rpms)

i can blip the throttle in nuetral and it sounds fine, but when under load in any gear it sputters pretty bad, poor if hardly any accelaration.  Plugs looked fine and all get spark.  Full tank of gas, however i heard that they might need to be synched? I dont have any gauges.  Could this be the source of my problem?

Also it seems to run fine at about 1/4 or less throttle.  This being a CAli bike the guy before me took off the PAIR system and right now im running open header until i find/make a custom pipe.

I tried searching but no one had my specific problem.

I read a couple of posts on here that running and open header should not decrease power (if so not that much)  I fabbed up my own exhaust and though i must say it performs better i know the carbs are outta wack.  Trying to find some gauges so i can synch them up.
