Just got back from a 4 day sportbike rally in the "Gorge" ..its on the Columbia River that sits on the Oregon / Washington border http://www.soundrider.com/sbnw/index.htm. The twisties are absolutely world class...you''ll see that in the pictures and the scenery is incredible. Had such a blast thought I would share...Ok...enough talk..roll some pics !!!

This is just one of probably 100 roads you can ride...so many twisties...you''ll get sea sick !!! LOL :icon_lol:

That is sweet, I miss Oregon. Grew up there, moved away once i joined the military.

Salem area. Yeah i love the Gorge. I miss going to concerts up there.

Sadly, I''m not coming back untill the end of November to visit the family.

Although I am flying into McCord AFB(Seattle), next week. I dont think they''d like very much if I showed up with my bike in the back of my plane.

damn..if i have another bike next year i would def. try to make the trip..it would be like a 16 or 17 hour ride..but i could go through the tetons and maybe up through yellowstone and make it well worth it.
