Warped rotors normally cause pulsation of the lever (front) or pedal (rear) when you apply the brake. Calipers sticking is a problem with the piston/seal in the caliper that doesn''t allow the piston to retract into the caliper bore after releasing the brake.

This Is A Linked Brake Sysytem, And When The Front Brakes Are Hit Back Brakes Also Does The Same It  Makes The Rear Caliper Stick And Slows The Bike Down And Makes The  Rear Rotor Smoke. Bleed The System From Rear And It Frees It Up.Thought I Give You Alittle More Info. Once Again Thanks For The Quick Reply..

Question Zach: when you bled the rear line did you bleed from the front slave cylinder also (the one on the left fork leg behind the reflector?)

A Freind Did This, I Just Bought The Bike Today..Im Not Sure How He Bled The System. I Just Know He Hard Braked The Bike At High Speeds And The Rear Caliper Locked Up And Came Loose Alittle And He Tryed To Drive It Home And The Rear Brake Rotor Got Beat Red And Got So Hot It Blew Both Rear Brake Lines. So Something Must of Happened...

When He Bled The System The Bike Moves Freely Until He Hits The Front Brakes Couple Times Then The Drag Comes On To The Rear.. Thats The Best I Can Explain It.. Hmmm I Just Would Like To Know What Needs Fixed So I Can Drive It..Thanks

Ok, the front brake activates the center piston on the rear caliper. The rear brake pedal uses the outer pistons on the rear caliper. It sounds like the center piston was not bled from the slave cylinder. This would mean that the fluid cannot return when the brake lever is released. Also, I would take a good look at those pads now that they''ve been torched more than once. Shadow1 should be in here any second posting a link to the service manual.

Im not an expert on the Hurricane braking system, but I replaced the pads on mine and I know a little about disc brake systems. I would be bleeding the brakes again to see if it will free up the stuck piston. If one of the pistons is still sticking, you can pull the caliper and see which piston is still sticking and use a pair of pliers to gently(very gently and evenly) push it back into the caliper.  Then reinstall the caliper and bleed again.  If it still sticks, you have problems with the seals, pistons, or even possibly with the caliper.

No matter what, you have yourself an awesome bike and should be able to get her going pretty quick.

Bleed the brakes according to the procedure in the Manual, or it WON''T FUNCTION PROPERLY.
Only then will you know if you have other problems.

+1 Shadow. That is the best way to evaluate your brake issue. That way you are eliminating at least one important variable. Normally, air in a brake line would not cause the problem you describe (it would cause other problems), but with these linked brakes who knows. They are much more complicated than regular separate front/rear brake systems.

Zach, when you pull the lever (front brake) the left caliper engages the rotor. When this happens the caliper moves in the direction of the rotating rotor. Though linkage the caliper pushes on the secondary master cylinder and in doing so sends brake fluid to the rear caliper.

I think that you may have issues with the secondary master cylinder sticking. Also, the brake fluid that is sent to the rear caliper goes through a proportional valve. The valve may be faulty.

If you try to rebuild the fronts, take a good look at the parts list. There are 6 pistons up front of 4 different sizes.
I think the rear has 2 different sizes.
