I am having the LED''s in the gauge cluster replaced with red LED''s. So i''ve taken everthing apart, i''m holding the board in my hand, but i can not figure out how to remove the rpm needle. help me!!!!

ps i have straighted the metal tabs in the back that are bent over, also all screws have been removed.

what is the next step?
