OK, I know you may be sick of me talking about this guy...but I think this would actually be useful for a lot of you.

We are all short on time. Many of us understand that commodity of money, yet those same people don''t relate to time as a commodity. Better use of your time, increases your quality of life. Think about how much you make per hour. Keep in mind, you cost your company about twice the amount that you are being paid. That is what your time is worth. You can always make more money, but you can never get your time back.

Here is another lecture by Randy Pausch (RIP) on time management. This information is useful and important in your work and personal life. This will help add quality to your life.
