Hey guys, I just noticed today, that a member of the R1-Forum, has purchased a CBR1000RR and did some cool work to it, I mean the bike is awesome,he posted the pictures on the R1-Forum and is getting lots of thumbs up for it. (must be nice, 2002 R1 and 2005 CBR1000RR) Here, I am posting those pictures on CBR1000RR Forum now, so enjoy it, keep in mind and imagine the time, effort, creativity and of course the money that went in to this ride. I can appreciate the time and $ that went into that bike. I'd have to see it a lot to like it I suppose. Maybe it grows on you after a while. But I can definitely see the work -- just polishing the frame (or was it chromed?) took 75-100 hrs.

That is sweet. It looks like it's all chrome plated. Polished wouldn't shine so brite. Thats a few thousand dollars worth of chrome. It looks bad ass though. Like you said, must be nice to have a R1 and a CBR1000RR. I need a new job
