So, anyone know where I can find a engine stand for my cbr f2 that isnt like 300-500 dollars? I have seen ones for small car engines that are only like 50 bucks, but all these bike places are trying to tax me with like 350.00 for a piece of metal. I don't need anything flashy either just a sturdy piece. Also, if you know where to get some of the "necessary" tools that honda specially makes used or made by another manufacturer lemme know since I am having trouble finding them as well. Oh, keep in mind I don't want a bike jack, I need an engine stand so I can disassemble this bastich.

When I rebuilt my engine I had a friend make me one...I think it cost hime a total of $30 and labor which was only about a half hour....He made it so that the front and the lower engine mounts nounted to the engine I had no trouble working around it...so if you have or know of sombody that has a welder try that....O and the materal was picked up at a home depot alls he used was angle iron
