I''m just thinking because I love the body work and how the headlights look on the CBR900RR of 1992, can those body pieces be put on a hurricane?   I mean without excessive hassle and fabrication.

depends on what you mean by "excessive hassle". but really, there is only one way to find out. if you have read the threads about those who have or are trying to put on 600rr bodywork then that should give you an idea of what is involved.

there will always be a need to fabricate something whether it be a simple bracket or modification of some stock item. there isn''t any non-stock item for the f1 that is just going to mount right up without some work having to be done.

i think we all wish it was that easy.  a little fab on a old bike that your allready messing around with isn''t always that bad though.  btw i was getting new bearings pressed into my rear wheel and one of the techs had turned his cane into a trike...he offered me the entire swing arm and back for very cheap. i don''t need it

well, I''m not expecting direct bolt on swaps, but a little fabrication is no biggie, since I''m good at that.

U will need the upper and lower fairing stays. or modify the ones you got. and you will need the tail fender and light/signal assembly.

im doing a F3 conversion on my F1 right now. and so far thats what ive listed as to what i need.

I really only want to do the front, as I dislike the 900 tail personally. upper and lowers are all I''m really worried about.  if a deal comes along on all the bodywork and related pieces, I''ll put it together, but if not, oh well.
