the bike you have sounds like a 97cbr600f3 i have the same bike, looks like the pic above you the tank might have came off a smokin joes bike i belive it will fit.

It is exactly like the one above my last post. The tank is the same color with the Miguel Duhamel signature, the camels are on the front fairings one on each side.

yo man check under the left tail fairing for the paint code it should say it on there
