I have a 2003 CBR600rr, new battery(7 months old).  When the bike is cold (under 160 degrees) it starts like a champ.  Once the bike has either been running for a while or i''ve been riding for a while and i turn it off it seems like the battery loses ALL juice.  At the most it will crank once then just clicks like its dead.  Im so lost on what to do.

Once it cools again, does it restart?

If so, check your battery next time and make sure its not hot. if it is, its a sign of overcharging and your rectifier may need to be replaced.

if the battery is not hot, you have ha starter on the way out. Since the starter is connected to the engine, it gets hot while the bike is running and a weak starter will not work properly when hot.

Also, check your ground wire and make sure it has a good connection.

I agree ... most likely the regulator/rectifier.  If you don''t have a manual find one and test out your stator and regulator.  Lately it seems they have been taking each other out.

once the bike cools down to anywhere below 150 or so it starts just fine.

Should i check the battery to see if its hot before i start it or when it won''t start? sorry your post was a little confusing to me.

Also, how do i test the regulator/rectifier?

well i took it for a ride and when i parked it, it would not start. It was like the battery was dead.  I put a multimeter on the battery and it registered 12.6 volts.

The battery was also not warm at all,  so does that mean my starter is junk?
