what''s the honda or k&n oil filter # for the 2008 cbr1000rr? i''ve got 4 k&n 303 filters (for my for sale FZ1 and don''t know if i should give them up with the sale). also, any one using helibars on the 2008 cbr1000rr? i needed them on my vtr1000, so i expect i need the same. did i understand that honda dealers will get a $1000 rebate in september? yummy. george

not sure i always just asked the honda dealer for the honda filter for my 08, K&N is garbage on Hondas

If your bike is under warranty stick to Honda filters as Honda USA won''t cover a prbolem with an afer market filter!

K&N are not making air filters for the 08 CBR yet.
