No.

Biggest you should go is 170, but then again, you shouldn''t if you have an f2 because the rim is only 4.5 inches which a 160 is suitable.

If you guys put wider tires on a 4.5 inch rim, it doesn''t increase the contact patch. It will look rounder and not as flat as you guys would expect. And if you are doing that, good luck.

Ill take a pic and post it tomorrow, my camera is at work and Im off today,
As far as I know, its a stock 93 F2 wheel, and it had a 170 Metzler on it that would spin just cracking the throttle in first and 2nd. I was planning on going up to a Shingko 180, but when I went to my favorite bike shop for a tire, he only had 190s, and thought it would fit, so we put it on, low and behold, it does. My hugger was a little warped anyway, so I had to make some make some wooden wedges and stick em between the tire and the hugger in a few spots, and then warm it up with a heat gun just a little, let it cool and now it fits like a glove, better than it did when I got it with a 170 on it.

pic or ban.

on a stock 4.5" rim, a 190 would have to be pinched in the rim making it an unstable choice width wise. you''d need to go at least to a 5.5" rim to safely do this.   you''ll notice it in hard cornering more than straights.

All I know is they are getting me this close to 1.7 60'' times, so far my best is 1.81, and I''ve picked up 4 more MPH (rejetting the carbs) in the 1/4 in my 2 runs since the best short time. Next time I go the the track, it will be an 1/8 mile that I can get maybe 10 or 15 runs so I can get the launch down pat, my home track is a 1/4 mile track that''s very busy, and you generally only get 4 or 5 runs if you''re lucky on a Wednesday or Friday night session.
I don''t do a lot of twisty riding, at least not yet, mostly just daily driving and trips to the track.

Ok, here we go... youll notice the hugger is still a bit warped, but has plenty of clearance to the tire....

Hooks like a car tire too. Granted, it would be better on a wider wheel, but it serves my purposes very well.
