On the picture with the carbon work and the four lights, is there a clear lens over the assemble?

No, the carbon is exposed. But each of the projection lights is weather safe.

Could a clear lens be added for that smooth aerodynamic look? How hard would it be and what would be the cost factor?

The new lexan assemblies will be ready for order late next week. I accept PayPal and other payents, let me know what works for you. I do not keep a stock of these so your order will probably take a couple weeks to complete. Once I order the parts they are sent to me and I will do the modification and include the custom carbon fasteners. If you are interested in the Ram Air unit aswell it will become availible in late September. Please know a little work will be required on your part to insure a proper fit. I send the units ready to mount to any fairing so you will need to do a little cutting on your fairing for the lights to fit in and also a little sanding on the mounting edge to insure a snug fit. You also will epoxy the carbon assembly mounts to the inside of your race fairing. Not anything hard and I include detailed instructions on how to do these modifications. Required tools: dremel w/ cutting wheel or carbide bit, heat gun- to form mounts to your specific fairing (they are all slightly diffrent from one another so if I do it on one of my race fairings it might not mount perfectly to yours), and a sanding block with coarse paper. I am open to doing this custom work for you but there is a custom work charge for time spent fitting these assemblies and you would need to ship your upper fairing to my shop.

Armstrong,

Can you take a side view picture of both the lexan and carbon assemblies mounted in the fairing? I have a race fairing ready for these headlights!!

Alex

I will post pictures of the new lights installed as soon as I receive a new set of fairings the second week of September. I will have alot of updates at that time. I am still working hard to complete a 100% road ready setup for the carbon assemblies. The new lights are deffinately going be my future product of choice due to thier ease of conversion and installation. The Ram Air assembly will be the main carbon piece I produce along with the gauge mounts and yoke protector. The ram air will hopefully be completed by the end of September.

sure would be nice to have plastic over the carbon projector assemblies. are the running lights and projector individually adjustable. because each bike is a different height and also if not at all adjustable are they mounted for optimal lighting spread?

so how much for the carbon projector fairing and ram air assembly? if someone was to buy that carbon fairing kit, ram air, yoke and gauge cluster. could you cut them a better deal?

Hey,

I'm interested in a carbon fiber gauge panel for my gauge cluster on a 1996 CBR F3. Can you tell me how to contact you via phone email and the cost if still available. I just want a carbon fiber panel that basically affixes right on top the stock instrument panel. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hey Mark,

You should be getting a lot of orders from F3 owners since your fairing project somewhat resmbles the new 2007 CBR RR

Ever think about adding a diffuser to your ram air assembly to increase the pressure within the airbox?
