I''m looking to upgrade both sprockets and the chain. What would be the best setup for a 06 600rr that i''m going to be running at the track mainly? Thanks for any help.

Go with stock, until you know what gearing change you need to make.  Those that change their gearing do so specific to each circuit and their riding style/ speed.  Best of luck.
