i just got this bike on the road i dont know much about it i traded my race car for it. when goin down the road it vibrates like crazy i believe from the chain, i fooled with it tryin to tighten it and all that. anyways when the chain is tight i get on it and push it backwards and it clunks and the chain jumps up and down like a mountain bike sounds like when its tryin to shift gears but stuck but louder and then if you feel the chain its loose!!!!! could this be worn sprockets or chain or something different? its almost like a loose spot and tight spot in the chain. also my rear rim is warped a little from the jerk who installed my tire but i wouldnt think this would have anything to do with it but who knows!!!

you need to order a new chain and sprocket set. your chain, probably much like mine is TOAST.

dont ride it, its not safe because the wear is just that extreme.   probably wouldnt hurt to replace the rim.

Yes chains can be stretched in different spots giving you that tight/loose setting. Agree with Hurricane Rider and I would have the jerk who warped the back rim buy you a replacement. Any kind of damage to either front or back wheel is an accident waiting to happen.
