Hello ppl my name is Alex Nabokov bought a 94 F2 for $900 my first bike ever, its missing a few things but I got it running and rode it around the block seems very nice and I love it.

Ok here is a pic of my bike

And here is a 94 F2 I saw online a while back, so I want to make my bike look like that one exept for the seat

So I was thinking it would not be that hard, All i would need is the front faerings which look like its only a two peace kit and some Driving lights from Autozone and a can of black paint

another thing, My bike is missing the gauge cluster now I know the stock one is hard to find and very expencive, so I was wondering If I could just throw on the Veypor LCD gauge http://www.veypor.com/veypor.html   and just use that alone with out the stock cluster. oh and another thing is it Ok to run your bike on regular Motor oil 10W40 only for a litle bit or is that realy bad for the motor .

so tell me what you guys think

Make you a parts list and then try to find everything you need. You can find alot of good deals on ebay so good luck. Since you have a naked bike if I was you I would buy me a set of F4I fairings and go from there.

Ya I was just trying to convince myself last night to do an F4i conversion, I have seen pictures of peoples bike and I gata say they look badass, and i found a few F4i skins on E bay for around 300 bucks, Now my only problem would be making the fairing stay, becouse I know im going to need to make one for the front to well ...stay, I could fabricate one at a budys house he has welders and all the fun stuff, but i was wondering if I could just use the stay from an F4i,

but ya I think I might actualy do the F4i conversion over the whinter and have me a cool f2 F4i monster

You don''t need to make a stay. I have a R1 front end on my F3 and I used a R1 stay from ebay. All you have to do is buy a F4I stay and make a simple go between plate to mount the new stay. Try to get with DementedF3 and ask him for some help because he did this mod and did a great job.
