When I wash the bike or ride in rain, it seeps in under the allen bolted cap ring. Found it because the top of the overflow tube was plugged up? If the over flow tube goes to atmosphere out of one of the hoses then I guess it''s for water or gas????? Seems weird Honda would let gas go on the ground? I guess they figure it''d be a small amount.
