heres a link to a video of the cane running its got a loud tapping noise i think most of it is the exhaust flange in the front   but thats not whats making all the noise it still makes noise when i hold the flange tight but it is quieterhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLT_AC30rCg

I"d pull the exhaust, look at it and see if it has gaskets.  it sounds like the CCT.

have you taken the fairings off and just got a close look?  It sounds like something is just loose and rattleing against the motor or exhaust or something.

yup thats all it was the exhaust flange. its all jimmyrigged lol theres studs hanging out and boolts that are stripped out and shit!!!!  but thats all the noise was thank god!!! now if i could just get some plastics with mounting tabs ill be allset the bike is held together with zip ties lol

hey, just send those broken ones to me then.  I got use for em. zip ties be damned I have fiberglass kit to make attachment long term.

do they sell something that you could use to make mounting brackets again? they are trashed lol. the cracks are not that bad it just the fact that theres nothing to mount too anymore thats why its ziptied

unless you do similar to myself and ghetto the crap out of it with custom brackets, you really cant do much.

it would suck goin down the highway and havin my bike pretty much disinegrate goin down the road lmao. its wierd cuz it seems like the hurricane is a big money pit but damn i love that thing lol

I bought a manual CCT quite some time ago and it is way better than the stock ones.
