I got mine from the guy who sold me my cbr. You can also find them for sale at honda motorcycle dealerships.

I just bought a 2000 Honda CBR600F4 and it didn''t come with an owner''s manual either. I searched on lots of different forums and found different dealers that wanted $50+ for it. Was searching EBay and picked up one for less than $30 shipped. Its in excellent condition.
